1.
We think life is meaningless, Yet we're afraid to die. We fight over trivialities, And let injustice survive. We believe we can change the world, But we're afraid to try. We fill our lives with minutia. Are we really alive? In our search for meaning, When we've lost our sight, There's always a new moon In the darkest night. As our clocks are ticking, While life pumps within, We watch the sun rise and fall, And repeat again. We curse the hours and minutes As boredom dulls our minds. How I lust for the moments That serve to remind That we're really alive. In our search for meaning, When we've lost our sight, There's always a new moon In the darkest night.

about

"In The Darkest Night" is a more guitar-centric version of a track that will appear on the upcoming full length album in 2017. It is intended to provide a message of hope in this very dark time. "37.3°N 171.2°W" is a non-album track.

We think life is meaningless,
Yet we're afraid to die.
We fight over trivialities,
And let injustice survive.
We believe we can change the world,
But we're afraid to try.
We fill our lives with minutia.
Are we really alive?

In our search for meaning,
When we've lost our sight,
There's always a new moon
In the darkest night.

As our clocks are ticking,
While life pumps within,
We watch the sun rise and fall,
And repeat again.
We curse the hours and minutes
As boredom dulls our minds.
How I lust for the moments
That serve to remind
That we're really alive.

In our search for meaning,
When we've lost our sight,
There's always a new moon
In the darkest night.
